Eunice Donnelly, CPRP, CPO, CPSI – Director
Eunice is a North Carolina native with a lifelong passion for parks and recreation. She began her career at age 15 and has worked her way through a variety of roles in a recreation department. After gaining experience in municipal parks and events, she joined Stallings Parks and Recreation in 2020 and was later promoted to Director. Eunice is dedicated to expanding park opportunities and enhancing quality of life for the Stallings community.

Tori Dorman , CPSI, CPRP – Special Events Coordinator
Tori grew up in Ohio with a strong love for sports and community programs. Her background includes collegiate recreation, professional sports internships, and park operations. After relocating to the Carolinas, she served as a Park Ranger before joining Stallings Parks and Recreation in 2022. Tori brings high energy and enthusiasm to every event and program.

Nick Coffey CPSI, CPO, CPRP – Senior Maintenance Technician
Nick is a Monroe, NC native whose love for parks developed through family travel to national parks across the country. With a strong background in park maintenance and operations, he brings over 16 years of experience from Union County Parks and Recreation. Nick joined Stallings Parks and Recreation in 2023 and is passionate about keeping parks safe, functional, and welcoming.

Kyle Haupt, CPSI – Maintenance Technician
Kyle was raised in Monroe, NC and has a deep-rooted passion for the outdoors. With a background in wilderness leadership and park operations, he spent over seven years as a Park Ranger prior to joining Stallings Parks and Recreation. Kyle is dedicated to maintaining high-quality park facilities so the community can fully enjoy outdoor experiences.

Pam Furr – Administrative Assistant
Pam brings a diverse background in customer service, administration, and community service to Stallings Parks and Recreation. Having lived in several states, she offers a broad perspective and a strong commitment to serving the public. Pam is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and administrative support to staff and residents alike.
