To streamline the process, we are implementing a new system for Certificate of Zoning Compliance (CZC). Starting immediately, inspections will need to be set up in the following manner:
All CZC inspection requests will be accepted only by email 24 hours in advance;
Contact Patrick Blaszyk, Planning Technician, at firstname.lastname@example.org to set up appointment;
The as-built survey of the subject property is required before inspection. When the survey has been received by email to the above address, the appointment will be scheduled;
All homes being inspected must be move-in ready. This means there shall be no cracks in the driveways or sidewalks. There will be no missing stabilization including sod, straw, and garden bed materials. All of the stabilization will be aesthetically presentable. Lastly, all sidewalks and driveways must be freshly pressure washed. Any homes that are not move-in ready will have their inspections postponed until they are move-in ready.
Once we have reviewed the subject property you will receive an email of the results. If it is approved, the certificate will be emailed to you.
