Ofc. Jonathon Bynum and Asst. Chief James Perry of the Stallings Police Department are the latest recipients of the "Caught Ya!" Award for working efficiently to save time and/or money and being innovative in their work. Ofc. Bynum and Asst. Chief Perry identified and executed a solution for a high level of false 911 calls from a local business which was found to be due to a dial system error. Way to go, Ofc. Bynum and Asst.
